2. Eligibility & Restricted Territories
To use our Services, you must represent and warrant that:

Capacity: You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
Location: You are NOT a resident of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, or Telangana. Accessing the Platform to play for cash prizes from these “Restricted States” is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found accessing the Services from these regions.
3. Nature of Services (Skill-Gaming)
The Crown Empire is a Skill-Based Gaming Platform.
Game of Skill: The games offered on our platform (including Rummy, Poker, and Strategy Games) are defined as “Games of Skill” under Indian Law. The outcome depends primarily on the player’s knowledge, training, attention, and experience, rather than chance.

4. Account Registration & KYC

6. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating Policy

Collusion (team play) between users to defraud others.

Action: Any account found violating Fair Play rules will be permanently banned, and funds may be forfeited.

Harassing other players or using abusive language in chat.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Crown Empire is not liable for:
Internet connectivity issues on the user’s device.
Financial losses incurred during gameplay.
